MirandaBiotech is a biotechnology spin-off of Universidad Nacional Experimental Francisco de Miranda (UNEFM) and Labfarsca®, advancing the IgY antivenom platform from academic breakthrough to global public health impact.

We developed the first and only IgY-based antivenom clinical pilot ever conducted in Venezuela — treating 101 patients with zero severe adverse events. Our platform replaces 100-year-old horse-serum technology with avian IgY antibodies: safer, cheaper, and fully cold-chain-free.
